When building a new home, it is important to know exactly the cost of services. That we can provide to you. It was a long time in the making, but we have come up with a way to figure "bottom dollar" costs with septic systems. The design of new septic systems, function properly with septic sand (washed clean sand) and every septic system varies on the amount of sand needed. THIS IS WHERE COST COMES IN! Many contractors will bid a job with the required system, plus sand and fill. Don't be fooled by this, because it will cost you several hundred, possibly thousands more than estimated. |
| Repair Existing Systems Repairs are for homeowners who have an existing system that has failed. You have to obtain a permit for a repair and we can help you with the filing of that at no extra cost to you. Upon receiving your permit, we can give you the cost of your new system. The health department will let us know the minimum required square footage required and the type of soil you have in the drainfield area. We will also be able to decide if we can use your existing septic tank or if a new one will be required. The entire repair process takes about 5 days. STEPS TO A REPAIR: 1. It will be put in our automated system to remind you, and it's FREE! 6. We're available to you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, year round! If you have a question, we have an answer! We don't mind taking time out to educate you. 8. We don't "Pump & Run" What is "Pump & Run", you ask? Any pumper who only opens or knocks a hole in your septic tank lid, pumps out the top layer of scum, gray water (effluent) and most of the sludge, then leaves. He does not backwash or stir up tank's contents to ensure total sludge removal from sides and corners. He doesn't perform a thorough tank check to identify possible concerns or make the effort to educate homeowners about their septic system. If the sludge isn't removed from the tank, it defeats the purpose of pumping. Although, timing them is not an accurate measure on whether it is done right or not. |
