the tank thoroughly and make sure it is as clean as can be before we leave. We GUARANTEE to beat ANY

Tank Repairs or Replacements – bottomless tanks and cracked tanks can sometimes be replaced without
having to replace the drainfield as well. In the event you have a broken lid, it is very important you repair promptly
to avoid anyone failing into the tank and being injured. We can install a new lid or pour one to fit.
Septic to Sewer Conversions – in areas where septic is being replaced with sewer, we can help you convert!
Maintenance Programs – need to be put on a schedule to keep up with your septic, call and ask how you can
be reminded to pump your septic, clean your filter, and re-order your Septic Klean III. *FREE SERVICE*

healthy. It is like a vitamin for your tank. It causes no damage to plumbing and is safe to use in any household.

What Should My Septic Tank Look Like?
|
Solids : is waste that is in the bottom of the septic tank. Over time, the solids build
up and the importance of pumping a septic tank frequently is so the solids don't
build so far up that they get pushed out into your drainfield and cause drainfield
failure.
Effluent : is waste water that should take up the most area in the tank. The effluent is
what exits the tank through the outlet end and into the drainfield area. If there is an
effluent filter installed on your outlet, then the filter will collect any foreign material
and keep it inside the tank. If the filter is clogged with debris then your effluent will
not drain normally.
Scum : this layer forms on top and consists of all the yucky things that enter your
tank, like soap scum, grease, food, toilet paper, etc. This layer reveals ALL of what
you are putting down your drains.
How Often Should I Pump My Septic Tank?
years, depending on the number of residents you have.
Generally the guidelines are as follows:
1-2 people : Every 5 years
2-3 people : Every 3-4 years
3-5 people : Every 2-3 years
5+ people : Every 2 years
